Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80! For orders under $80, there's a flat standard shipping fee of $5.

• For personalized order: Upon receiving your pet photo, expect a message from us within 2 business days to review and approve the design proof. Please keep an eye on your inbox, including spam folders, and respond promptly upon receipt. If we do not hear back hours, we will assume approval and proceed with production.  Once you approve the design, it will typically take 15 - 20 business days to arrive. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Should you require assistance or have inquiries, feel free to reach out to us!
• For non-personalized order: Your order will arrive in 7-10 business days.

Returns: We are unable offer returns or refunds for our custom products since they are made specifically just for you.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email support@sigmapooch as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

If you'd like to return a non-custom item, just email at support@sigmapooch.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll happily accept a return. You will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable.
