After placing your custom order, simply send us an email at support@sigmapooch.com with the following details:

• Your Order Number
• Photos of your Pet(s). If you have 2 pets, please specify which is which. 

Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80! For orders under $80, there's a flat standard shipping fee of $5.

• For personalized order: Upon receiving your pet photo, expect a message from us within 2 business days to review and approve the design proof. Please keep an eye on your inbox, including spam folders, and respond promptly upon receipt. If we do not hear back after 48 hours, we will assume approval and proceed with production.  Once you approve the design, it will typically take 15 - 20 business days to arrive. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Should you require assistance or have inquiries, feel free to reach out to us!
• For non-personalized order: Your order will arrive in 7-10 business days.

Returns: We are unable offer returns or refunds for our custom products since they are made specifically just for you and have no resale value.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email support@sigmapooch as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

• Machine wash inside-out on cold and gentle cycle with like colors 
• Use of a laundry bag is preferred
• Lay flat to dry or tumble dry using low heat setting
• Do not directly iron the embroidery, iron only the non-embroidered part. For extra protection, place another item of clothing between the hoodie/sweater to protect the design from heat and friction while you iron
• Do not dry clean
